ETF EMEA Product Owner, Investor Services, Vice President The EMEA ETF Product Owner, VP, will have a reporting relationship to, and work closely with, the Head of ETF Solutions in EMEA and will have primary responsibility for defining and delivering the product development roadmap for EMEA-domiciled ETFs serviced by State Street. As Product Owner, you will drive the change agenda of the ETF Servicing Platform partnering closely with Clients, Technology, Operations & Other ETF Product Owners to deliver on the product roadmap. You will also have direct engagement with multiple technology and design teams in helping shape and prioritise the product backlog working on a number of initiatives in parallel. Responsibilities: Work closely with the Global & EMEA ETF Solutions leads to set the strategy for the business and determine required investment. Own and lead the product development roadmap for the EMEA ETF business, responsible for drafting, recommending and executing a production roadmap for State Street's ETF service offering across the full product lifecycle Own the EMEA demand management process for the prioritisation of investment spend Document product gaps and plans to close gaps assessing the impact on client satisfaction, competitive positioning and strategic objective of State Street Collaborate with multiple business units to assess client needs and expectations. Collaborate with other Product Owners in the ETF servicing value-chain to ensure end-state vision is clear, work is not duplicated and delivery schedules aligned where dependencies exist. Partner with the State Street Technology and Global Delivery organisations to lead change whilst assessing impact on the operating model and technology architecture Work across products to improve the client experience Observe competitive Product/Platform landscape to contribute to overall product strategy. Evaluate third-party vendors to assess potential strategic alliances to enhance product offering. Serve as a spokesperson and represent State Street Investment Services for ETF services offering among industry participants and new and existing clients. Attend and participate in industry related events and tradeshows to maintain visibility and market awareness. Support sales and services as needed in regards to the ETF product category, including formal presentations to clients and prospects. Recommend metrics on a product functionality scorecard to continuously track and improve product-level financial success, customer adoption trends, product quality metrics, and more. Experience Expert knowledge of securities industry (10+ years) and ETF products (5+ years), investment strategies, market trends and competitive landscape. Prior experience of identifying & solutioning new operating models, translating requirements into platform capabilities & successfully delivering change in complex environments. Understanding of operational flows and business processes in ETF administration and custody. Comprehensive knowledge of business administration and management principles and techniques. These include, but are not limited to, knowledge of strategic and operational planning, staff management, legal and regulatory laws, financial and cost analysis. About State Street What we do.
