Job Description

Qualcomm is seeking an experienced EVA SOC delivery engineer to join their team in Cork, Ireland. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience, as well as strong knowledge of System Verilog, Verilog, scripting, and design rule checking.

In this role, the EVA SOC delivery engineer will be responsible for liaising with IP teams, ensuring timely delivery of image processing IPs to the SOC team, and sanitizing RTL designs with respect to design rule checks.
Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with IP teams to ensure timely delivery of image processing IPs to the SOC team • Sanitize RTL designs with respect to design rule checks • Create innovative ways to run linting, CDC, and other specific EDA tools on RTL designs • Build good relationships with IP teams to ensure timely reviews of reports generated by these tools • Generate waivers and fix reported errors • Meet tapeout milestones • Expertise in System Verilog, Verilog, scripting, and design rule checking • Strong knowledge of low power implementations and UPF/CPF fundamentals

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience • Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience • PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field
