Highly organised and professional individual sought to manage key events and administration functions in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

About Your New Job

  • Administration (70%): Handle daily banking, sales entries, and payment tracking. Oversee inventory management and ensure strong knowledge of stock. Liaise with logistics partners to organise shipments. Maintain CRM, tracking customers and events.
  • Events (30%): Collaborate with UK events team and coordinate events locally in Ireland. Manage RSVP lists. Scout and liaise with top-tier venues for future events. Organise logistics for events, from invitation printing to coordinating with venues. Assist with corporate events including dinners, showcases, and special occasions.

What Skills You Need as an Events Administrator

  • 3-4 years of experience in administration with exposure to events
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in handling client-facing tasks, with exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of Dublin venues and hospitality is a plus
