Events and Administration coordinator | Luxury Retail | Dublin city | €35,000 - €40,000 + Monday to Friday + Excellent Benefits. Exciting opportunity to join a newly created role to support a high end luxury brand seeking an individual to take events to the next level while supporting in store daily administration in the heart of Dublin city. You will have experience managing and executing events from start to finish, have excellent ability to drive opportunities combined with great organisational skills. Additional perks What you need to be successful; Desired you have worked in Luxury or Premium environment at managerial or senior sales level Understanding of managing and developing of CRM systems Knowledge and experience of completing daily, weekly and monthly store administration. Ability to coordinate stock movement and auditing. Excellent organisational and communication skills Understand of the use of POS systems, Excel and mircosoft. Have a natural love for the luxury industry and understanding of the standards required. Experience of creating, organising and executing events internal and externally in a retail setting. This is a rare opportunity for someone that may have worked in retail luxury and graduated in PR & Marketing seeking to take experience and education to the next level. This role would also in hand suit an individual with lengthy experience in the luxury / premium setting wanting more set hours and days of working week.
