Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Events Manager to join a leading tech-based company in Dublin. This 14-month contract offers full hybrid flexibility and the chance to work on global tradeshows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated marketing plans for strategic initiatives based on business priorities, target audience, and macroeconomic factors.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with senior partners across the business, serving as a subject matter expert on experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Define goals and scope, including programming components that will optimize audience experience and engagement.
  • Manage budgets by exercising fiscal responsibility and conservative resource allocation.
  • Manage internal expectations and SLAs to ensure smooth production throughout the planning process.
  • Review and synthesize historical data to influence strategy and make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to recommend appropriate mediums and approaches to exceed business goals.
  • Provide proactive communication around strategic initiatives and progress to goal for key partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of experience building experiential marketing programs at a global scale.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects communicating with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated individual who works through problems objectively to focus on driving impact at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in Google Applications, Apple Applications, CRMs, and comfortable learning new software and technology as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%.
