Job Description
Support up to three executives with calendar, travel, and expenses, while managing general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Calendar management: invitations, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Travel arrangements: pre-approval, cross-border travel assessment, visa, air tickets, car rentals, and hotel bookings.
- Expenses reimbursement: CONCUR, Citi Visa Corporate Card, and medical reimbursements.
- General administrative tasks: digitizing documents, Box/OneDrive organization, and securing information.
- Correspondence and communication support: prioritizing emails, phone messages, letters, and packages.
