Job Description

Support up to three executives with calendar, travel, and expenses, while managing general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management: invitations, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Travel arrangements: pre-approval, cross-border travel assessment, visa, air tickets, car rentals, and hotel bookings.
  • Expenses reimbursement: CONCUR, Citi Visa Corporate Card, and medical reimbursements.
  • General administrative tasks: digitizing documents, Box/OneDrive organization, and securing information.
  • Correspondence and communication support: prioritizing emails, phone messages, letters, and packages.
