Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, peeling, and marinating.
- Follow recipes and guidelines provided by senior chefs for accurate and consistent food preparation.
- Assist in cooking dishes under the guidance of more experienced chefs.
- Operate kitchen equipment and machinery following safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous culinary education or relevant experience in a kitchen environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing culinary skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
