The ideal candidate will have extensive Business Development experience, with proven results, individually or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Product Development Management: Lead the product Development Process from Concept to Launch, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs. Collaborate with cross functional teams including R&D, Quality, Production & Retail to develop and refine products. Oversee the creation and execution of product development plans, timelines and budgets. Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality & innovation. Idea execution & refinement.Implement and refine creative ideas to develop and enhance current offering. Utilize market research and customer feedback to inform product development decisions. Be prepared for a hands-on approach and know when to delegate. Business Development.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market share through innovative product offerings. Develop and implement strategic business plans focused on product driven growth. Market research & Analysis.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the ice cream industry. Analyse competitor activities and market conditions to inform product development strategies. Collaboration &Communication.Work closely with the retail teams to develop promotional strategies for new products. Prepare and present product development reports, forecasts and performance metrics.
