Accommodation will be arranged for all staff prior to arrival to Austria by the employer and a rental fee will be paid by the employee on a monthly basis. Requirements: Staff are required to have a minimum of one-year experience in the hospitality industry English is widely spoken in Austria, so the knowledge of the German language is not required Staff must be adaptive, willing to learn and comfortable in a face paced working environment Requirements for Management: Minimum of one year experience in a management role ability to communicate with the staff and create a productive and comfortable working environment good problem solving skills ability to work independently and increase productivity as well as costumer base team leading skills are very important Management role includes: budget management cash deposits stock management staff management creating rosters insuring high standards in the bar staff training being a link between staff and upper management
