We’re accepting applications between May and July 2024 to meet our demand to deliver a variety of existing and greenfield projects across the UK and Ireland. ABOUT THE JOB Fundamentally, these roles involve a senior level of responsibility for delivering a new, high-profile Microsoft business applications projects. Our Ireland team consists of over 100 people based who have a wide range of experience, technical, commercial and managerial at a range of levels from graduates to senior consultants. You’ll join the team and work with them and our customers closely.We have a variety of remote staff located outside of UK and Ireland on a contract basis where there is a specific project need who wish to stay remote. We prefer candidates in the EEA. Please ensure to state this in your application if this is applicable. Key Responsibilities As a Senior consultant, Principal or Architect you’ll have a wide range of skills across development, configuration, communication, leadership and more that will vary by project. Here are some things we’ve worked on recently that might give you a better sense of what you’ll be doing day to day and the team you’ll be joining. Capturing requirements in Azure DevOps and performing a fit gap to ensure that projects can be successfully delivered in Dataverse or Dynamics 365. Building large scale Power Pages portals based on DevOps requirements. Working with Sales and Project managers to prepare proposals for our customers. Preparing pre-sales demonstrations of Microsoft and Codec IP demonstrating clearly the benefits to our customers. Discovering our customers business processes and documenting how that aligns to UI/UX Journeys in customer portals. Creating proof of concept Power Apps and Dynamics 365 solutions applications as a basis for large enterprise project deliveries. Advising our customers on best practice workflows and customer journeys which meet their business drivers. Using approved third-party controls and components and adaptors to speed up project delivery, development and reduce risk as we develop. Getting involved in the estimation process, performing top down and bottom-up estimates. Developing integrations to third party systems via Azure components. Building both Model Driven and Canvas Power Apps for internal users that interface directly with public facing portals Working with programmers from the Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint teams to co-develop features and identify better practices. Being part of a team who organise Microsoft User Groups in our spare time. You’ll go deep. You’ll learn from us, and we’ll learn from you. You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to do your best work, and you’ll get plenty of support along the way. We don’t expect you to know everything about the specific technologies we are delivering. Some of the technologies are so new, we are still learning them ourselves, but we expect you to be open to learning new things quickly. ABOUT YOU We’re looking for people with strong Microsoft Business Application development experience and experience with managing customers. You may see yourself as either functional or technical, but you will have experience of delivering end to end projects regardless of your specialism. Your written and verbal communication skills will be excellent. You won’t know everything, and we don’t expect you to. Nobody hits the ground running. Solid fundamentals with software development principals, systems, troubleshooting, and teamwork pave the way. We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got here.
