Clontarf Castle Hotel now wish to recruit an Experienced Receptionist to join our team.


Clontarf Castle Hotel in Dublin, Ireland is a perfect blend of a boutique and luxury hotel, providing unique style and exceptional service in comfortable surroundings.

We are located just 10 minutes from the heart of Dublin City Centre and 5 miles from Dublin Airport, tucked away in a tranquil setting, surrounded by fabulous golf courses and the sounds of lapping waters from the Irish Sea.


Objective of the Role:
Reporting to the Team Leader, Asst.


and/or Front Office Manager, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy reception across the hospitality and as well as demonstrating a great passion for the within the hotel and providing exceptional guest service.


Primary duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay.

To anticipate guests' needs whenever possible and to enhance quality service and guest satisfaction.

To carry out all departmental tasks, duties and checklists as established in the Standard Operation and Performance Manuals.

To comply with all hotel policies; e.g.

Cash Handling, GDPR, Billing/Credit Policies, etc.

To maintain good liaisons and communications with management and all other departments, particularly Accommodation.

To assist in actively and positively promoting sales within the department and maximise every sales opportunity.

Other duties as required.


The Person 1 years experience working at the Front Desk of a similar 4* or 5* star hotel Opera experience is desired Excellent customer service skills Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills Fluent English essential Benefits include: Career progression opportunities- personal development plans.
