Seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the West of Ireland, responsible for selling vehicles and vans, prospecting commercial customers, and meeting client targets.
We are an established multi-franchise Dealer in the West of Ireland, seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is an exciting and challenging role, offering a competitive salary, rewards, and remuneration based on individual success. **Key Responsibilities:** • Sell both Personal and Commercial use vehicles • Sell vans for commercial use • Prospect potential commercial customers within the catchment area • Qualify and assist in customer requirements • Work with other departments in the handing over of the vehicle(s) meeting client targets • Keep up to date with product and industry knowledge **Requirements:** • Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve goals • Ability to work on own initiative and generate significant sales revenue • Strong communication skills • Ability to deliver strong and persuasive sales presentations • Possess strong skills in closing deals and turning enquiries into sales • Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the dealership • Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions **Key Attributes:** • Professional in appearance and manner • Showing good attention to detail • Being target driven • Possesses a genuine regard for the importance of customer service and customer retention • High motivation levels, with excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills • Able to work well under pressure and still smile • Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles • Live within an hour's drive of our dealership **What's on Offer:** • Attractive Salary, Rewards & Remuneration based on individual success • Guaranteed commission for an agreed period • Significant commission on offer based on finance deals and overall profit within Sales Dept • Company car • Mobile phone **Job Details:** • Full-time, Permanent • €28,000.00-€33,000.00 per year • Commission pay • Company car • Monday to Friday • Overtime • Weekend availability
