The Mercantile Group is one of Irelands leading hospitality and entertainment groups and with over seven unique venues based in Dublin City Centre, including Café en Seine, Opium, Pichet, No Lita, Whelan's and The George there are great opportunities for advancement within the Group.
Now, we are looking to add suitable candidates to our integral security team.Full and Part-time positions available.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar position.
Exhibiting a high level of attention to detail and active and proactive problem-solving ability.
Ability to adapt to new procedures, standards, and changes as directed by the company or legislation.
Conducts his/herself in a professional manner at all times especially when in the public eye.
Is fully flexible with regards to working hours, to include weekends, and late nights.
Excellent understanding and fully compliant with Health & Safety, and licensing requirements and legislation.
All candidates must speak fluent English.
Responsibilities:
Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas Patrol designated areas in accordance with outlined security procedures Identify potential security risks and respond accordingly Complete incident reports and required documentation for security incidents Ensure all employees and visitors have proper credentials for accessing buildings (ID badges and passes)
Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy Assist employees and visitors with any concerns they might have Escalate emergency situations to law enforcement as needed Benefits:
