Job Description
Expert Programs Delivery Coordinator manages Certified Workflow Architect programs, focusing on Customer and Industry Workflow (CIWF) program, ensuring a world-class learning experience for professionals.
The role requires in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architect persona related to customer and industry workflows, guiding learners to discover creative and scalable solutions that achieve superior outcomes.
This position involves coordinating and managing programs, leading discussions, evaluating student progress, and providing effective coaching to expedite student growth.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of managing multiple large programs/projects in enterprise environments, 5+ years of experience across various applications within the ServiceNow platform, and 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow customer & industry workflow implementations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing participation and student progress
- Leading or directing discussions towards program objectives
- Evaluating student progress and providing effective coaching as needed
- Reviewing final exam scores and feedback to ensure objectivity and behavioral focus suggested improvements
- Providing effective, objective, behavior-based coaching to expediate student growth
- Gathering, assessing, and reporting on program metrics
- Coordinating with and marketing to internal experts and stakeholders
- Working with the content creation team in creating effective and engaging materials to meet learning objectives
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving improvement initiatives to completion
- Supporting the professional development of others through means of mentoring
- Ensuring equity, fairness, and inclusivity for all programs
