A leading brickwork contractor is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Faade Site Manager to join their expanding team for projects across the greater Dublin region. This role is exclusively available to individuals with a high level of experience as it involves managing and overseeing faade installations on a variety of high-profile developments. The majority of these projects are commissioned by prominent developers, offering you the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and innovative construction projects in the area. Responsibilities: This role involves managing teams of bricklayers, insulation fitters and subcontractors, coordinating with other construction managers to deliver packages on time and on budget, maintaining quality of construction in line with the design and specifications. Plan and manage site labour resources in line with construction programme. Coordinate the installation sequence for faade components, such as support structures, windows, EPDM systems, and brick and blockwork. Manage the delivery of necessary materials at appropriate phases. Prepare weekly reports and records for BcAR. Maintain close communication with the design team, site manager and other key stakeholders. Keep detailed records through the online daily site diary and complete required weekly documentation according to company standards. Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and environmental standards, maintaining high quality. Requirements: Degree / Higher Diploma / HETAC qualification or equivalent trade experience Good knowledge of brickwork and ancillary items. Experience with SFS apartments Up to date knowledge of building regulations and certification standards Capable of leading and taking initiative, with a self-driven attitude.
