Overall, the Purpose of the Job Maintained building fabric across a portfolio of clients and assisted in managing maintenance by sub-contractors. Main Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance of building fabric on the clients site Maintain on-site facilities filing system To deliver agreed levels of Customer Service Use of technology to conduct / record works Conduct scheduled inspections Dealing with clients staff Qualifications and Experience Qualified Tradesman IT Literate Good communicator, able to interact with people Self-motivated Efficient organiser able to multitask Enthusiastic 3 years experience in a similar role and keenness to learn new skills Ideal, experienced in a similar role in a similar environment. Working Pattern Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
