Design Build Search is seeking aFacade Manager on behalf of our client, a well established and reputable main contractor based in Dublin 12. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop and bring added value to their career within an expanding contracting company who have a proven track record in delivering complex, diverse, and challenging construction projects. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate both staff and sub-contractors on-site Manage the sequencing of the faade, support angles, window install, EPDMs, brick and block work Order and ensure all materials are available at the relevant stages for the faade and contractors Liaise and communicate closely with the design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders Coordinate the daily resourcing and control of site labour and ordering of materials and coordinate look aheads Complete all relevant weekly documentation in accordance with company policy Ensure works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety and environmental standards and to a high quality Requirements Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience) Background in commercial or residential construction essential Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment Committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive working environment Open to new technologies and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Remuneration for this role will include a competitive base salary, discretionary bonus, life assurance, pension plan, company vehicle, excellent career advancement opportunities, and much more.
