Our Client is a Leading Law Firm based in a Dublin 2 location and are seeking a Facilities Administrator to join their Facilities Department. This is an additional role to the team to assist with admin, archiving, record keeping and much more. This position will be fully on-site and will have varying shifts, with prior notice given. The role will report into the Facilities Team Lead. Overall Package : circa €36k Working hours: Either 8-4.30pm, 9-5.30pm or 10-6.30pm. Good flexibility is required. The Role: Support the Facilities Team Lead in managing requests received via the Facilities Helpdesk. Support the archiving team to sure all archiving and retrieval requests are processed in a prompt manner. Ensure Print rooms and stationary are all stocked, tidy and identifying any issues that need rectifying. Assist with the disposal of confidential waste. Set-up of event and meeting spaces when required. Process of all daily incoming and outgoing couriers. Record and process daily of all post as required. Other ad-hoc duties when needed. The Candidate: Previous experience in a similar role within a large organisation. Ability to lift/move standard boxes and use a trolley (manual handling training will be provided). Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. A good communicator with a friendly manner to enable effective and positive engagement with workforce. A professional approach displaying integrity and a respect for confidentiality and discretion.
