Job Description
The Wright Group is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee our Dublin venues. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all facilities services, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and health & safety. The successful candidate will have excellent customer relationship skills, and financial acumen, enabling them to take full responsibility for the venues facilities operations. Reporting to the Area Manager, and Directors the Facilities Manager will play a crucial role in the daily operation, staff development, and service delivery at the venues. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with on-site technicians to maintain building operations. Manage and develop maintenance team, ensuring staff training and inductions are up to date. Ensure a clean and presentable building in collaboration with the cleaning team and GM in each venue. Manage our Health & Safety platform. Supervise third-party contractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety protocols and service specifications. Monitor financial performance, ensuring monthly reporting and budget compliance. Conduct regular site audits to ensure quality standards are maintained. Manage projects to completion, on time, and to the required quality standards. Identify and implement innovations to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Qualifications and skills: Minimum 3 years experience in a similar management role. Formal health & safety qualification (IOSH or similar) is an advantage. Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop staff. Familiarity with ISO standards 9001 is advantageous. Strong administration, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive attitude. English language proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential.
