Facilities Administrator Team Operations | Part-time, 10 hours per week Location: North Dublin About Mitie Mitie provides a wide range of facilities management (FM) services across Ireland, Europe, and the UK. Our premise is simple: the exceptional, every day. About the role: To offer support to the hard service team by being an initial point of contact for the client, technicians and sub-contractors. To be responsible for vendors/suppliers on site. Ensure tasks and projects are being delivered to a high standard and all health and safety requirements are being met by vendors/suppliers. Ensuring that the contractors use of materials are consistency at an acceptable high standard. Reviewing of new assets and ensuring that the register is updated with any new equipment Assisting the Technicians with manual labour where two persons are required to help ensure that self-delivery is applied as much as feasible. Liaise with clients contractors to ensure appropriate health and safety documentation is provided in a timely manner. Any other ad hoc facilities administration duties as required. About You: Must have a 2 years experience in a similar role. Willing to work in a strong team environment Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Ability to self-motivate and work independently if required Experienced in technical/hard services Experienced in facilities administration function. Methodical / analytical approach to work. Extensive Attention to detail.
