Job Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the repair of equipment, machinery, and plant. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure their optimal functioning and longevity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing routine planned, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks
- Responding to emergency breakdowns, such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures
- Monitoring and responding to Building Management System (BMS) alarms
- Providing training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- Ensuring documentation of maintenance activities meets applicable standards
Key technical requirements include knowledge of:
- Compressed Air
- Chillers
- Reverse osmosis
- Sanitary hot water
- Vacuum pumps
- HVAC systems
- Refrigeration systems
- Sprinkler systems
- Waste systems
