The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the facility, implementing safety measures, managing maintenance activities, and optimizing resource utilization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial facility management, excellent leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and maintenance practices.How you will do itFacility Maintenance:Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical systems.Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs promptly.Oversee maintenance staff or external contractors and ensure the completion of maintenance tasks within budget and schedule.What we look forAbility to work on site 5 days a weekMinimum 5 years of experienceIdeally educated to Degree levelPrevious operations experience of facilities management or service delivery (possible specialist areas such as HVAC, M&E, security and cleaning) in industrial environmentsTechnical Background with an understanding of buildings M&E and critical assetsPeople management skills and the ability to communicate at all levelsPC Literate – Microsoft Office suiteCommercial and financial awareness #J-18808-Ljbffr
