Job Description

Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Plan and coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of all aspects of Building installations and Grounds installations. Manage the upkeep of all facilities, equipment, and services to meet health and safety standards. Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. Manage and co-ordinate all regular/scheduled service, inspection, and certification of all facilities. Administrate the upkeep of a Preventative Maintenance Program relating to all facilities. Manage and co-ordinate all relevant Electrical testing according to regulation and best practice, e.g. emergencylighting, RCD testing, MV ring main servicing, etc. Manage and co-ordinate all relevant Mechanical testing according to regulation and best practice, e.g. buildingstructure integrity, roof integrity, etc. Manage and co-ordinate all relevant Gas system testing according to regulation and best practice, e.g. Pressuretesting of lines, servicing of boilers/Heating systems, etc. Manage and co-ordinate all relevant Fire Protection Systems servicing/testing according to regulation and bestpractice, e.g. Fire panel testing, Fire Extinguisher and Fire Suppression systems, etc. Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. Administrate and control Locks, Keys and Fob access systems. Supervise all service providers and external contractors. Control activities like parking space allocation, inhouse waste disposal, building security etc.in co-operation withSecurity and EHS team. Allocate/co-ordinate office space according to needs. Handle insurance inspections and service contracts. Keep financial and non-financial records. Inputting into design stages of a project and identifying future maintenance issues. Run routine maintenance inspections and audits to determine the need for repairs or renovations. Perform analysis and forecasting. Co-ordinating Service Providers Be available for two Weeks of Summer shutdown. Qualifications & Competencies Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the same field Ability to prioritize with good problem solving and decision-making skills. Establish and manage relationship with contractors to ensure quality and compliance of works in line withcompany policy and guidelines. Ensure efficient planning and response relating to planned and reactive maintenance work required on site. Awareness and management of Health & Safety. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Have a relevant qualification/experience aligned to Building Management/ Security, or demonstrable record ofcontinuous personal development. Must have excellent IT skills and systems software experience. Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously. Have strong self-management, organisational and administration skills.
