Flexsource are currently recruiting for Facilities General Operative for a full time, permanent position for our client based in Ballsbridge. Successful candidate will be responsible for general indoor and outdoor upkeep and light maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Emptying Bins around Campus & Bin Compacting Assistance with hanging drapes across campus Grounds Cleaning in advance of specific events Valley and Gutter cleaning to prevent occurrence of blockages External internal shore cleaning and maintenance Follow effective waste management processes across Campus in line with operational requirements Light maintenance duties; upkeep of building fabrics when required Timber waste management and storage Carry out all duties in line with Health and Safety standards/ procedures Ad-hoc general duties as assigned by Operations and Facilities Management & Coordinators Key Requirements: Manual Handling Safe Pass Forklift Licence Previous experience in similar role Weekend availability Work Schedule: 5 over 7 days 40h per week Rates of Pay: €14.50 p/h Skills: Facilities maintenance general operative Benefits: Paid Holidays Parking
