Applications are invited for a Permanent post of a Facilities Manager within Estate Services. Estate Services Facilities Managers assume responsibility for the operation and development of a portfolio of functions within the Unit. The successful candidate will be assigned the portfolio of responsibility pertinent to the role upon appointment. The majority of services under the remit of the FM are provided on a 24hr, 365-day basis, and the necessity to be in a position to respond to this requirement is imperative. Roles currently available are Accommodation Booking Manager and Campus Space Allocation Manager. There are also planned posts in Campus Operations that we will seek to fill from a panel. These posts are primarily under the remit of the Director of Estate Services - Operations and Services. 95 Facilities Manager 2013 (2010) Salary Scale: €65,589 - €82,017 per annum Appointment will be made on scale and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on the 22nd of October 2024.
