Job Description
Manage site facilities and resources to ensure effective and professional service, consistent with company goals and strict international safety standards. As the site Facilities Manager, you will oversee services, utilities, and projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and safety. Key responsibilities include managing resources, site services, facility projects, workload, and compliance with regulatory directives. A relevant technical qualification and at least 5 years of senior facilities management experience on a regulated manufacturing site are required. Key deliverables:
*Manage resources to ensure an effective and professional facilities management service company-wide, consistent with company goals and in adherence with extremely strict international safety standard as this site itself is an ATEX grade manufacturing facility.
*Site Services ownership, Buildings and general facilities and utilities, Yard management, Car parks management, Electrical, gas, water, supply & distribution, compressors, boiler, chillers, alarms, lighting, heating, UPS, bunds, storage tanks, HVAC, ventilation, surface & foul water drainage, Fire water & sprinkler systems, Building management system, environmental systems and external contractors
*Manage facility projects installations to ensure that they are carried out on time, on budget and in a safe and responsible manner without adverse impact to site efficiency or the local community.
*Monitor workload and manage resources to ensure completion of all agreed targets.
*To take a leadership role in the introduction and development of facility strategies and management systems company-wide.
*To ensure that all necessary regulatory service, permits, permissions, registers & calibrations certificates are in place & up to date.
*Ensures compliance, certification and calibrations to all related regulatory & statutory directives, acts, laws, standards & guidances.
Requirements:
*At least 5 years senior Facilities Management experience on a regulated manufacturing site
*Relevant technical qualification
*Experience working on an ATEX or similar regulated manufacturing site
