Job Description

Summary: Provide best-in-class customer service, maintain electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues in a commercial environment.



  • Adhere to and lead company health and safety policies and guidelines.

  • Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds SLA requirements.

  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure all RAMS are up-to-date.

  • Safely install, maintain, and repair equipment as required.

  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors.

  • Carry out electrical diagnostic and fault finding, undertake corrective maintenance, and perform audits and rounds.


Requirements:



  • Fully qualified electrician with 2+ years of experience in a commercial environment.

  • Valid up-to-date certifications.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and technical diagrams.

  • Data centre experience is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of HVAC controls and fire alarm controls is an advantage.

  • Proven competence in PAT, thermal imaging predictive maintenance, and PPM systems.

  • Basic handyman and building maintenance skills.

  • Competent in MS Office.

  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment.

  • Flexible approach to duties assigned.

  • Methodical and analytical approach to work.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Team player.
