Job Description
Summary: Provide best-in-class customer service, maintain electrical systems, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues in a commercial environment.
- Adhere to and lead company health and safety policies and guidelines.
- Ensure service delivery meets or exceeds SLA requirements.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and ensure all RAMS are up-to-date.
- Safely install, maintain, and repair equipment as required.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors.
- Carry out electrical diagnostic and fault finding, undertake corrective maintenance, and perform audits and rounds.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician with 2+ years of experience in a commercial environment.
- Valid up-to-date certifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and technical diagrams.
- Data centre experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HVAC controls and fire alarm controls is an advantage.
- Proven competence in PAT, thermal imaging predictive maintenance, and PPM systems.
- Basic handyman and building maintenance skills.
- Competent in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
- Flexible approach to duties assigned.
- Methodical and analytical approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Team player.
