Job Description
General Facilities Technician role in Limerick, Ireland, requires maintenance and repair expertise to ensure site buildings are safe and secure.
You will join a team responsible for delivering building services maintenance and repairs across the site, ensuring operational standards are maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking routine planned and reactive maintenance services as instructed
- Supporting minor works and supervising maintenance assistants
- Completing routine repairs or minor works
- Supporting projects and delivering minor capital works
- Completing suitable risk assessments and following relevant permit or work plans
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Relevant trades qualification preferred
- Either joinery or plumbing background
- Experience of completing maintenance tasks in a building maintenance environment
- Working knowledge of repairs and maintenance, Health & Safety, environment standards, manual handling, working at height, confined spaces
- Experience working in a buildings maintenance role, ideally in a regulated environment
