Job Description
Responsibilities Day to day management of the Facility & staff Liaising with other Managers in relation to running facility Liaising with EPA on visits etc Ensuring all loads are weighed in/out and checked for quality as required Ensuring all plant and equipment is maintained in good working order Ensure the site performs in line with budget Dealing with Complaints/PR Ensuring cleaning and maintenance schedules are completed as required Ensure site operated in compliance with the EPA Licence Ensure site operated in compliance with Standard Operating procedures Ensure all staff are fully trained & competent in their roles Ensures site is operated safely in line with all regulations Ensuring maximum tonnage throughput per annum Any other additional tasks as required Plant mechanical experience advantageous Package A competitive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate that will include: Competitive Salary commensurate with Experience Quarterly Personal Performance Bonus Death in Service Cover Company Car or Mileage allowance Personal Development/ Training Support Skills: Site Manager Production Manager Maintenance Management
