IT Risk Assurance Manager

About the Role

  • Lead IT General controls reviews as part of financial audits, ISO 27001 audits, Third Party controls reporting and framework-specific controls assurance (SOx, Japanese Sox, ITIL etc).
  • Work across the focus areas within the wider team, interacting with EY colleagues globally and across different sectors and business activities.
  • Help clients understand and respond to IT risks to the extent they impact business processes and key reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage IT Audit process with consideration of key IT risk issues and technology-specific matters.
  • Lead and manage fieldwork on clients' sites, liaising with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of the Audit process.
  • Support Business Development activities, identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Perform IT assurance engagement in compliance with auditing standards (SOC1/SOC2/ISAE3402/ISAE30001).

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, IT or accounting qualification.
  • At least 7 years' experience working in an IT audit role.
  • Experience in IT Fundamentals, database and operation systems, and common IT standards such as COSO and COBIT.
