This is a wonderful opportunity for a highly energetic, enthusiastic, and commercially driven Retail Manager to join a fantastic business with excellent career opportunities. Key responsibilities: Inspire, develop, and manage a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Maximize profitability by identifying sales opportunities, managing stock levels, and analyzing KPI's. Maintain a deep understanding of the latest fashion trends and translate them into an engaging shopping experience for customers. Oversee visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects premium brand image and seasonal collections. Create an inclusive and welcoming shopping environment, where customer satisfaction is a priority and every shopper feels valued. Manage daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and organization. What we're looking for: You live and breathe fashion and are always ahead of the curve when it comes to the latest trends. Proven experience in a retail management role within fashion or similar. Exceptional ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to drive performance and achieve targets. A results-driven mindset with a strong understanding of retail KPIs, stock management, and visual merchandising. A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. What's on offer?
