Position:
Showroom Sales Assistant Ladies Fashion Wholesale Decollage is a family-owned business with over 40 years of experience in ladies fashion.
We are currently in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and eager to build relationships with customers to increase sales.
They will have experience in fashion retail or wholesale sales and exceptional customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist buyers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the showroom.
Sales Support:
Supporting the Sales manager in achieving sales targets.
Building relationships and presenting collections to buyers.
Product Knowledge:
Maintaining in depth knowledge of our collection.
Awareness of trends and ladies boutique brands.
Sales Outreach:
Email and Whatsapp for Business Sales Campaigns.
Merchandising:
Ensuring the showroom is always well presented and organised.
Creative mannequin and window displays.
Admin:
Inputting and processing orders, updating customer database, website stock management.
Requirements:
Min 4 years experience in fashion sales, ideally in a wholesale environment.
Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp/Octopus Mail, Whats App for Business.
Knowledge of Shopify and CRM systems are beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Experience in Social Media channels is a plus.
This job is full time Monday Friday 9am-5am and is based in our showrooms in Fashion City, Ballymount, Dublin 24.
Flexibility is required during busier selling periods.
