Fashion Store Manager Our client, a leading high-street fashion retailer known for its trend-setting styles and exceptional customer experience is seeking a Store Manager to join their team in Blanchardstown, Dublin. As Store Manager, you will lead by example, driving sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Your commercial acumen and leadership skills will be crucial in optimising store performance and fostering a positive team environment. Key responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: Inspire and motivate your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Commercial Performance: Analyse sales figures and market trends to develop action plans that drive revenue and maximise profitability. Customer Experience: Ensure every customer has a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, addressing any issues with a proactive and positive approach. Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards and ensure the store layout reflects the brand's image and latest fashion trends. Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills and experience required: 3+ years of fashion management experience. Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and profitability. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient under pressure. What's on offer?
