Responsibilities of this Store Manager job: Maximise figures and KPI's daily. Identify, negotiate, and source products that reflect current fashion trends while maintaining their brand identity. Use your commercial skills to drive and increase store sales and productivity. Utilise commercial reports daily to ensure the store is set up to trade productively. Responsible for recruitment, coaching, leading and development of your team. Ensuring store visual merchandising are in line with company policies. Skills and experience required for this Store Manager job: 2+ years holding a store manager/senior assistant manager position in a fast-paced high-volume retailer. Previous buying/sourcing experience. An interest in trends is essential. Experienced in delivering excellent customer service and driving overall store performance. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a strong team. Strong fashion merchandising experience. Salary package: Competitive Salary.
