The Company: Clarke Auto Wash Ltd is an established supplier of automated vehicle wash equipment. Established over 25 years, our customer base includes Oil Company filling stations, car dealerships, car rental, bus and transport companies. Our service support is key to ensuring the best customer satisfaction for our products The Role: Reporting to the service manager, the Field Engineer will provide service and support at our customers sites to include activities such as machine installation, preventative maintenance programmes and to be able to respond to emergency breakdowns. Primarily based in the Dublin area and principally covering the greater Leinster area. Responsibilities: To carry out installation and maintenance functions on our clients vehicle wash equipment as directed by the service management to the highest possible standards. To document and report on all work carried out. Also, to complete as required documentation to ensure health and safety regulations have been complied with. To ensure the company vehicle, specialised tools and spare parts provided is secure at all times and are maintained on a regular basis and are safe to use. To update product knowledge and keep abreast of new technologies within the industry, both in house product updates and external training as required. Assisting your supervisor in ensuring that you deliver the specified Service Level Agreements and achieve outstanding customer satisfaction. To ensure all Heath and Safety standards applicable to the industry is maintained at all times. Preferred Qualifications: Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or Senior Trades certificate. Minimum 3 years experience with relevant qualifications in a maintenance environment with an excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic systems. Good problem-solving skills and an ability to work on your own initiative Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Good level of computer literacy Full clean drivers license Excellent customer service skills applying professionalism at all times when dealing with customers.
