Job Description

Our Client are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Rep with a strong background in high-ticket sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. You will be selling premium products or services, requiring excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals. The role involves both B2B and B2C sales, with a focus on high-value transactions. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities, generating leads and developing a pipeline of potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Present and sell high-ticket products or services to both existing and potential clients through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Meet or exceed sales targets, tracking progress through regular reporting and pipeline management. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly defined. Key Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in field sales, specifically selling high-ticket products or services. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large, complex deals. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and nurture relationships with high-level decision-makers and executives. A consultative approach to sales, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and client satisfaction. Full clean driving license and willingness to travel nationwide.
