Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to cover part of the East Cork region, working with an established and growing company based in Fermoy, Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Engage with existing customers to retain their business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer needs and expectations are met.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years field sales experience.
- Willing to make cold calls and conduct outbound sales.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Target-driven individual.
- Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude.
