Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 per annum + overtime Company Overview: Our client is a leading provider of premium coffee machines and services. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Coffee Engineer to join their team. Role Overview: As a Field Service Coffee Engineer, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service and support for their coffee machines. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a variety of coffee machines in both commercial and residential settings. Key Responsibilities: Installation and Setup: Install coffee machines at client sites, ensuring proper setup and optimal performance. Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure machines are functioning correctly. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, including training clients on machine operation and answering technical questions. Inventory Management: Keep track of parts and supplies, ensuring you have what you need to complete jobs efficiently. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and installations. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in a technical/mechanical field is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Driving License: A valid driver's license and the ability to travel around Dublin. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
