Job Title: Field Service Coffee Engineer Location: Dublin, Ireland Salary: €38,000 - €42,000 per annum Company Vehicle, Overtime, Call Out About Us: We are a leading provider of premium coffee machines and services, dedicated to ensuring our customers enjoy the perfect cup of coffee every time. We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Service Coffee Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dublin. If you have a passion for coffee and excellent technical skills, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair coffee machines at various client sites across Dublin. Conduct regular service visits to ensure equipment is operating optimally. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing prompt solutions. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the service team. Manage parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment. Participate in a call-out rota and be available for overtime as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with coffee machines or similar equipment. Strong technical and problem-solving skills. Full, clean driving license. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively. Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary. Benefits: Competitive salary (€38,000 - €42,000) based on experience. Company vehicle provided. Overtime opportunities to increase earnings.
