Teamworx are recruiting for the following:Field Service Engineer ( South- Munster Area) Whats in it for me? Salary to €55k DOE+ vehicle + expenses Pension Lunch Allowance Performance Bonus Description: We are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer that reflects our clients strengthening sales and to meet our customers needs and high standard of service. You will work as a key member of the Service team providing a high level of customer service, professionalism, and both maintaining, and building upon service revenues, strong customer relations and the reputation of our organisation. This role will report to the Field Service Manager. Key Responsibilities: 1.Obtaining job lists daily and informing the service department on completion of jobs. 2. Interacting with Customers in a professional and courteous manner and informing them of the nature of the problem and possible preventative practices. 3.Collection of payment for work carried out on accordance with agreed Company Policy. 4.Appropriate and responsible use of Company resources including vehicle, spare parts, mobile phone and fuel card. 5. Ensuring that your vehicle is adequately stocked at all times. Informing spare parts personnel of items required and returning excess stock promptly to ensure that appropriate stock levels are maintained by the Company. 6. Correctly completing relevant paperwork (i.e. service cash sales dockets, overtime and expense sheets) and submitting them to the service office on a weekly basis. 7.To participate in training activities as required of you by the Company. 8.Additional duties may be assigned in line with the requirements of the Business, including new technologies and processes. Contract of Employment: Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm Overtime Applicable Working on Saturdays may also be required. Desired Criteria: Refrigeration or Service-related qualification.
