Job Description
Field Service Engineer required for a Cork-based company, a market leader in Process Equipment & Engineering Solutions, with a focus on valve-related items.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-house service assembly, overhaul, and testing of product portfolio.
- Mix of work in the workshop and on customer sites, including overnight stays.
- Troubleshooting and repair of customer products, providing accurate repair reports.
- Operation of company-related equipment, such as Forklifts, Tools & Testing equipment.
- Meeting workshop schedules in coordination with company requirements.
- Ensuring safety guidelines, including personal protective equipment, are adhered to.
- Upkeep and maintenance of workshop equipment, tools, and assets.
- Adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality and Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic engineering academic and/or trade qualification.
- Related industry work experience in repair.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
