Job Description: Maintain a professional image and demonstrate the added value of customer support as a Field Service Engineer, impacting sales and customer service, while providing high levels of support and financial performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform field service, repairs, and maintenance of instrumentation, including training and installation.
- Provide onsite user training and organize routine maintenance.
- Perform service on behalf of Perkin Elmer overseas offices and ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Maintain service spares, inventory records, and tool calibration.
- Return completed service documentation and reports on a weekly basis.
Basic Qualifications:- HND or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Full Irish Driving License.
Experience:- Experience in a Customer Service Environment.
- Experience in GMP environments.
- Background in Electronics or similar discipline, with analytical instrumentation knowledge.
