Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team, responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining laboratory equipment, as well as providing technical support and advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Install and commission equipment on-site, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and optimize performance
- Qualify and validate equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide technical support and advice to customers via phone, email, or online platforms
- Offer maintenance contracts and provide customers with technical recommendations and guidance
Requirements:
- Technical background, preferably with electronic experience
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a comparable role
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment and applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new methods and techniques
- Self-organization and "hands-on" mentality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- High willingness to travel, including to other European countries
- Fluent English skills, both verbally and in writing
- Driving license class B and driving experience
