Position: Field Service Engineer Location: Co. Louth (Covering ROI) Salary:€35,000 - €40,000+ Exciting Opportunity: Field Service Engineer covering ROI! About the Role: Our client is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team, providing maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support across various sites in Ireland. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills who is comfortable working independently and interacting with clients on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for a range of equipment and systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance. Liaise with customers to understand their technical needs and deliver effective solutions. Document all service activities, including maintenance reports and feedback on technical issues. Maintain a high level of customer service by effectively communicating and resolving technical queries. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times. Qualifications and Skills: A technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical role. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload. Full, clean driving license and willingness to travel across Ireland as needed.
