Field Service Engineer
Highly skilled engineer required to service, calibrate, and install equipment nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine maintenance, servicing, and calibration of specialized equipment.
- Performing equipment installations when necessary, ensuring a seamless setup for clients.
- Providing expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintaining accurate service and calibration records, as well as generating detailed reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Background in electro-mechanical, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, calibration, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.
