Field Service Engineer
Highly skilled engineer with expertise in electro-mechanical, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, calibration, or a related field sought for dynamic role servicing, calibrating, and installing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and calibration of specialized equipment to ensure peak performance levels.
- Perform equipment installations when necessary, ensuring seamless setup for clients.
- Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate service and calibration records, as well as generate detailed reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Background in electro-mechanical, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, calibration, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.
