Key Responsibilities: As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our client's equipment. Your responsibilities will include: Servicing and Calibration: Conducting routine maintenance, servicing, and calibration of specialized equipment to ensure it operates at peak performance levels. Installations: Performing equipment installations when necessary, ensuring a seamless setup for clients. Technical Support: Providing expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Documentation: Maintaining accurate service and calibration records, as well as generating detailed reports. Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess: A background in electro-mechanical, electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, calibration, or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. The ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time.
