**Responsibilities**
- Implement customer support policy
- Supervise, maintain and support X-ray, materials, and dimensional measurement and metrology systems in the field
- Provide customer training and re-training
- Assist partners and salespeople in demonstrating system capabilities to potential customers
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a semiconductor relevant field of study
- Minimum 3 years experience as field service engineer
- Hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing metrology or general mechanical instrumentation
- Good knowledge of X-ray based metrology, vacuum technology, optics, lithography and semiconductor manufacturing process
- Willingness to travel and work abroad for FSE training or customer support activities
- Proficiency in English, a 2nd European language is a plus
