Field Service Engineer (Medical) – Greater Dublin based - Negotiable salary + Fully Expensed Car + Phone + Laptop Long-term career progression and development. Forde May Consulting is in partnership with a well-established market leading medical focused firm who are seeking a Field Service Engineer to strengthen their client service and delivery capabilities. This is an All-Ireland role and will enable you to travel across Ireland where necessary to install, upgrade and maintain highly sophisticated medical equipment. Key Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, and servicing of a wide range of specialised medical equipment, focusing on radiography-based products (e.g., x-ray, breast screening machines).Updating software and diagnosing faults through software logs.Working primarily with hospitals (private and public), research laboratories, and universities. Training will be provided for all specialist equipment to ensure you receive company brand specialist training. Key Requirements Confident and inquisitive Electrical Engineer with experience in the medical device sector or a related industry.At least three years proven experience in a related field service environment.Ability to liaise with leading surgeons and medical professionals.Responsibility for managing work in your region and ensuring no machinery downtime.Continual monitoring and reviewing of preventative maintenance plans.
