Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Service Team coordinator to help organise and coordinate the daily commissioning and installation teams activities. Working as a part of a team on large construction projects, you will help the business reach expected productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within the limits. You will ensure all activities are scheduled within the given time frame, in accordance with internal procedures. The role is fulltime based in Inchicore. The Role Schedule and coordinate the Commissioning and Installation teams for the complete Project life cycle. Schedule and coordinate the reactive and preventative maintenance schedules for the Maintenance teams Project Delivery - Managing commissioning schedule from preconstruction to project close out. Liaising with contractors and commissioning engineers to ensure all pre and post commissioning documentation is completed and that all project milestones and deadlines are met. Service Delivery - Managing maintenance system, Assisting in drawing up SLA's for clients, Liaising with Facilities Management and Maintenance Engineers to ensure PPM's and reactive works get completed Logging incoming Maintenance & Facilities Service-related calls (e.g.: calls related to issues in different locations) by phone, email etc. Liaising with the relevant internal and external parties, monitoring of project / maintenance history and following up to ensure close out and completion of Maintenance and Commissioning works on the site. Monitoring and coordination of scheduled maintenance activities Contract Management - Schedule PPMs , organise repairs/upgrades, reports, create PO's, obtain quotations Helpdesk Management Scan and upload documents according to company procedure Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company system Review and update documents for maintenance and quality control Essential Competencies Effective team working Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills The flexibility and willingness to learn Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise workload IT literate with good MS Office experience (Excel, Word, Outlook).
